Tablecloths (round - 300 cm)
Diameter: 300 cm. Classic white.

Diameter: 60 cm or 80 cm. Height: 105 cm - 115 cm.

Tell us which items, quantities, event date and delivery method you need (pickup or shipping).

We review your request and send you a quote including rental price, deposit and shipping costs.
3. Confirmation
Once you confirm, we reserve the items bindingly for your date.
4. Delivery or pickup
You receive the items in time for your event or collect them on site.
5. Return and deposit
After return and inspection, we refund the deposit.

Cleaning
Cleaning of the rented items is included in the rental price.
Payment
For shipping, the total amount including shipping must be received no later than 4 weeks before the rental date. Payment is possible by bank transfer to the DKB bank account stated in the quote or by PayPal. This allows us to ship the items with Hermes or DHL in good time, about 2 weeks before the rental date.
For pickup, the total amount excluding shipping is paid on the day of collection. No deposit payment in advance is required.
Deposit
The deposit is refunded or transferred back after complete and undamaged return of the items.
Only the deposit for the affected item is retained if it can no longer be rented out, for example due to burn holes, burn marks, wax stains, tears or heavy grass stains.
Rental period for pickup
The regular rental period starts 2-4 days before the rental date and ends 2 days after it. Pickup and return dates can be arranged individually.
All rented items must be returned undamaged. Otherwise, a corresponding amount may be retained from the deposit.
Shipping and return shipment
Shipping is arranged within Germany. Shipping costs stated in the quote only cover shipment to the customer; return shipping costs are paid by the renter.
For a Saturday celebration, we usually ship the items on the previous Friday or Saturday with Hermes or DHL so there is enough buffer time. We do not accept liability for exceptional delays caused by the shipping provider.
Return shipment should take place on the first business day after the celebration. The shipping provider can be chosen freely. Please keep the shipping receipt until the items have arrived back with us.
